2. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp, the data you send (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) is stored and processed solely to handle your enquiry or to process a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). This website itself has no contact form that transmits data to a server – contact is made directly via your own e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp application.
3. Google Maps
The contact page embeds a map from the Google Maps service (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page is loaded, Google establishes a connection to Google servers, during which your IP address, among other things, may be transmitted. This happens regardless of whether you have a Google account or are logged in. The map is embedded in the legitimate interest of providing clear directions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. Google Fonts
This website uses the Google Fonts service for a consistent display of fonts. When a page is loaded, your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers, whereby your IP address is transmitted to Google. 5. Linked social media and booking platforms
We link to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) as well as to external booking platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb. When you click these links you leave our website; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. This website itself does not embed any social media plugins that transmit data in the background – these are simple links.
6. Hosting
This website is operated by an external hosting provider. When the pages are accessed, server log data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested and browser used) is recorded by the hosting provider for technical reasons. This serves to ensure the trouble-free operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
